VR4 Capsule is the signature VOLTEN product: 100% black ginger extract (Kaempferia parviflora) in a plant-based capsule. Black ginger is a dark purple rhizome used for generations in Southeast Asian tradition, and VR4 puts its extract into a capsule you can take with water every day. Each bottle holds 50 capsules. The serving is set by body weight, at least 1 capsule per 10 kg a day, so a 60 kg adult takes 6 capsules, split between morning and evening. The pack lists a JAKIM halal reference together with MAL and KKLIU registration numbers.

How to use
Take at least 1 capsule a day for every 10 kg of body weight. Example: 60 kg = 6 capsules a day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening.

VTAMEEN is a premium health milk for children and adults. It is made with high-calcium New Zealand dairy milk and combines black ginger extract, black cumin seed (habbatus sauda), snow lotus extract, bird’s nest extract and inulin. A box holds 15 sachets of 20 g. Children take 1 sachet in 140 ml of warm water, adults 2 sachets in 280 ml, best in the morning or at night. It also mixes with VPRO10 for a protein drink.
