It is made with high-calcium New Zealand dairy milk and combines black ginger extract, black cumin seed (habbatus sauda), snow lotus extract, bird’s nest extract and inulin. A box holds 15 sachets of 20 g. Children take 1 sachet in 140 ml of warm water, adults 2 sachets in 280 ml, best in the morning or at night. It also mixes with VPRO10 for a protein drink.
